I can’t say much that Rob hasn’t said. I’ll say that if you were on the fence about seeing it, it is worth the time and money to see it. I liked it for many reasons, but the main reason was the love toward Sebastian Shaw. Being a “potentiality” comic fan, he is one of my favorite characters. He isn’t a “What A Waste Wednesday” candidate because whenever he graces the pages of a comic he is doing something awesome. If there was a waste it’s that he doesn’t have his own comic.
The movie was solid and funny. If I didn’t know such much about Green Lantern I could see how the movie could be hard to follow. My only other gripe is that Hal is funny but not “always cracking jokes” funny. That’s more of the Flash’s style. I know it’s Ryan Reynolds, and I know people expect him to be funny. It’s a small gripe and not one that should turn you away from the movie. It won’t join Iron Man as one of the best comic films, but if you like the comic movie genre it’s well worth a watch.
I played through inFamous once as a bad guy and once as a good guy. It has been a fun game. I think, I’m really going to dive into Fallout 3 and see what I can get into with that one.
