A new character comes to the store. This one has been in the works for a while now. Every good hero needs a villain. Now the guys have theirs. I won’t say much else at this point because I don’t want to ruin the fun. We hope you enjoy.
A comic can surprise me now and then. I started reading the trades of “American Vampire” early this week. It was surprisingly good. I couldn’t even tell you why I picked it up. I’m not the biggest fan of vampire stories. I am glad I did, it was a happy accident. The writing is creative and pulls you in with a creative twist on the traditional vampire tale. The artwork is solid and inventive. The panel layout and positioning is brilliant. I’m glad I picked this one up. If you like vampire tales give it a read, if not, give it a read.
