I’ve decided to write more lately, partly in an effort to improve my writing skills. The other reason is to provide a better service.
We’ve been trying to improve Five and Dime for some time now. I realized that pulling back on the blog may have been a mistake. I told myself a while back that I would pepper in longer blogs from time to time, but I never have.
Regarding today’s strip, we have always planned to convert Yah Dood into a geek. He’s been a character we’ve been thinking about incorporating since Five and Dime’s inception. The time to introduce him didn’t feel right until this year. We hope you’re enjoying his transformation. We believe that geekdom is something everyone can relate to. Sometimes that guy, standing confused in your local store, might be looking for the same thing you are.
